It's a 2 week commitment to giving 2 minutes a day to investing in your strength, fitness, mobility and confidence. It's the first step towards establishing habits that will enable you to be ready for life's adventures, whether big or small. The challenge is varied and will encourage you to: -create sustainable exercise habits -encourage you to think about movement over exercise -build strength with and without exercising -create energy in time efficient ways -create flexibility and mobility to keep you strong and out of pain -think about what habits you need to set you up as you age All in 2 minutes a day!
